Points become available 72 hours after your gift cards are delivered. Orders awaiting payment or delivery haven’t earned points yet.
Which purchases earn points?
Rewards apply to gift cards after discounts, excluding taxes and fees. Points are rounded to whole numbers.
How do I refer a friend?
Share your link before they create an account, or ask them to enter your referral code at signup. They need to sign up within 30 days of opening the link.
Referrals are for new customers. You can’t refer yourself or add or change a referral after signup. There’s no deadline for a friend’s purchases to earn referral rewards.
How can I use a coupon?
Choose a $1, $2, $5, or $10 coupon in your Club account, then apply it to your cart. Coupons belong to you and must be used on their own. Your gift cards must total at least the coupon value.
You can return an unused coupon to points. If it’s reserved for an unpaid order, cancel that order first.
What happens after a refund?
Refunds reduce purchase and referral rewards. Unused coupons may be returned to points to cover the adjustment. If the rewards have already been spent, new points must cover the difference before another coupon can be issued.
A full refund returns the points spent on the coupon used for that order. That coupon can’t be used again. Partial refunds don’t return coupon points, and coupon discounts aren’t refunded as cash.
