Can I use Gold on Razer’s hardware store?
Razer Gold wallet funds are for supported digital content and services, not purchases on Razer.com or in RazerStores.
Can I top up a game without reloading a wallet?
Only if that game supports Razer Gold Direct Top-up. Follow its payment instructions and check the player details.
What should I check if my PIN will not reload?
Enter the full PIN rather than its serial number, check the wallet region, and confirm that the PIN has not already been used. If it still fails, keep the purchase details and exact error for Razer Gold Support.
Can I move Gold between wallets?
No. Razer does not transfer Gold or Silver balances between wallets. Check the signed-in wallet before reloading.
Does redeemed Razer Gold expire?
Regular Razer Gold wallet balance does not expire. Promotional Bonus Gold has a separate expiry, and wallet dormancy fees can apply. This does not establish the validity period of an unredeemed PIN.
